ALR are halogen aluminium reflector lamps. All models are fitted with a cover glass. They are a lightweight compact light source and are mainly used in display lighting, accent lighting, task lighting and elevators.

Although they belong to the incandescent family, halogen lamps are designed to provide crisp white light, long life and constant lumen maintenance, making them ideal for many applications. Halogen lamps allow for accurate control over light beams. They can also be used in the most compact and stylish fixture designs since they are light weight and smaller in size than traditional incandescent lamps. The use of halogen gas allows the lamps to burn slower without sacrificing light output.
