1. How do I track my order?

You can track the status of your order by accessing your account. If you still have any questions regarding your order, our Customer Service team will be happy to answer those questions by email or phone. You may email us at: cs@build.ca. 2. How do I return an item?

You may set up a return using the Returns Tool in your account. Your other options are to contact our Customer Service Team by email or phone.

3. How much is delivery?

We are happy to offer FREE Standard Ground delivery on all orders over CAD $299. (See note below)* For orders under CAD $299 please add the items to your cart and enter your postal code to view your shipping cost. 

Items containing hazardous or regulated materials or some very large or heavy items must be shipped to you via freight carrier—these items are identified at time of purchase. (See note below)*

We do our best to ensure that shipping is correctly calculated before you purchase; however, at times it may not be possible to do so accurately. We reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. If notified of any additional charges, you also have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund.

*PLEASE NOTE: .We cannot ship items to a P.O. Box and require a physical address for all orders.  Free shipping does not apply to products weighing over 150 pounds or oversized products.  These items will be shipped via freight and customers will incur the cost which is defined at checkout.

4. Do you have stock?

We do our best to reflect the accurate stock status for our products. When viewing a product, you will be informed if there is current stock. If there is no stock status listed or the information is unclear, please contact our Customer Service Team for the most accurate information available.
